  • Assist with recruitment process by placing adverts
  • Printing/photocopying of application packs and distributing to field staff
  • Chase up application pack documents from candidates/field staff
  • Filing of documents electronically
  • Assist with drawing up documents from templates
  • Adding new members of staff to screening process, chasing action points where needed
  • Systematic use of shared inbox, distributing, actioning and filing of emails
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Answering phone calls and distributing as per instructions
  • Assisting on any given tasks as reasonably directed
  • Opportunity to study CIPD qualification after successful completion of probationary period
