Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dedicated team player, who can demonstrate his/her ability to prioritise their workload and work on their own initiative in a fast moving and pressurised environment.

The role is based in Shepreth, Royston.

The Control Room is the central hub of the business, and as a result the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a busy environment with business-critical deadlines.

Your day to day duties will be varied, but will mainly include:

– Rostering and confirming shifts.

– Responding to and arranging client requests for manned guarding cover Maintaining our central computer system by inputting and amending shifts as updates happen.

– A good telephone manner is essential, and good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel would be beneficial.

– Experience of working on the Timegate system would also be an advantage although full training will be given to the right candidate.

– The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving, reliability, and a positive and professional attitude at all times

Hours:You will work 12 hours shifts on a shift rotation
