Reporting to the Area Support Manager, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining a professional standard of security covering sites around the Coventry Area.

Salary: £23,000. PA.

Hours: 45 hours per week

You will need a driving licence and your own vehicle for this vacancy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Covering hours as required by the needs of the business
  • Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity
  • Apprehending shoplifters
  • Liaising with the Store Management and Local Authorities

Essential Criteria:

  • Full driving licence and your own transport
  • Knowledge of ASCONE
  • Valid SIA licence
  • Have full driving Licence
  • Be able to cover various retail, corporate and Distribution sites around North East, Yorkshire and Humberside area.
  • Be flexible to cover days and nights on short notice as per business requirements.
  • Be able to communicate in a confident and professional manner.
  • Portray a smart and professional image of company to the clients.
  • Have basic IT skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner

Previous experience of working in a Retail Security Role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
